Master class is usually defined as teaching at a higher level, given by an expert, in a particular chosen topic. Master class is conducted for individual and company. For an individual, the master class can be conducted in meetings one by one and / or in composite groups. For companies, master class can be conducted both as individual processes and as processes in groups. Participation in a Master Class requires a special interest in the topic and activity in discussions and any exercises. Master class can take different forms; such as lectures, structured discussions and case exercises.
The purpose of our master class is to make the participants aware of their own strengths, inspire personal development and position for future choices. The programs are implemented by Jon Frang Mostad and in certain selected topics with contributors from specific disciplines.
